Birthday decorations at our house include the balloon-dalier: balloons hanging from the ceiling. This scene was a common site throughout the afternoon.

The balloons look like so much fun to have hanging from the ceiling! I love the picture of Megan blowing out her candles.
Sam's little smile makes him look like Gilbert Gottfried. Good thing he really is adorable (Sam, not Gilbert).
